1898 Eugène Buisson sets up an unravelling company in Cours-la-Ville, within a region where textile industries are thriving: he collects rug manufacturers' waste products and transforms them into new products he then sells -

1964 The company acquires a new technical know-how: needling. -

1991 It purchases a furnace and starts working on hot-melt fibres. From then on, the company uses the thermosetting technique. -

1995 The company becomes Buitex Industries. -

2005 Buitex Industries obtains the ISO 9001 certification. -

2009 Isonat+ and Isonat Végétal become ACERMI-certified. -

2010 Isonat+ is the first plant-based, wood fibre insulation material to obtain a technical recommendation from the CSTB ("Avis technique du CSTB").
